Refund policy

RETURNS

 

Our return policy lasts for 5 days. If more than 5 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

We only accept returns if the product was wrongly sent, defective, or damaged in transit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases (if applicable):

• Products with visible signs of use or opened sealed items.
  
  

• Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  
  

• Items returned after 5 days from delivery.
  
  

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

 

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:

1. Recheck your bank account.
   
   

2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
   
   

3. Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

 

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale items cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Orders placed during a sale period cannot be refunded or cancelled once dispatched.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

 

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent. No other reasons for exchange, cancellation, or refund will be accepted.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Order cancellation is only possible before the shipment has been dispatched from our warehouse. Once the order has been dispatched, no cancellation can be processed.
